קרב באע'וז פוקאני (בערבית: معركة الباغوز فوقاني; באנגלית: Battle of Baghuz Fawqani) היה מתקפה של הכוחות הסוריים הדמוקרטיים בהנהגת הכורדים, בסיוע CJTF-OIR, שהחל ב-9 בפברואר 2019 במסגרת קמפיין דיר א-זור (אנ') במלחמת האזרחים בסוריה. הקרב, המורכב משורה של תקיפות קרקעיות, התרחש בעיר אל-באע'וז פוקאני (אנ') ובעמק נהר הפרת, סמוך לגבול סוריה-עיראק (אנ'), ונחשב גם לקרב האחרון והסופי של המדינה האסלאמית במזרח סוריה.[32][33]
