בית דירות (באנגלית: Tenement house) מתייחס לרוב לבניינים רב-משפחתיים שנבנו מתחת לסטנדרטי הבנייה המקובלים ומאוכלסים בדרך כלל על ידי אוכלוסיות חלשות. בסקוטלנד, המונח שמר על פירושו המקורי ומתייחס לבניינים רבי תפוסה מכל סוג שהוא. באזורים מסוימים באנגליה, בעיקר בדבון ובקורנוול, מתייחס לרוב למבנה או אגף אחורי של בית מדורג.
