יחסי דנמרק–סודאן הם היחסים הדו-צדדיים בין דנמרק לסודאן. דנמרק מיוצגת בסודאן, באמצעות שגרירותה באדיס אבבה, אתיופיה.[1] סודאן מיוצגת בדנמרק, באמצעות שגרירותה באוסלו, נורווגיה.[2]
היסטוריה
בשנות ה-60 הציעה דנמרק סיוע לפיתוח כפרי בסודאן.[3]
בשנות ה-70 חתמו דנמרק וסודאן על הסכמים רבים, על מנת לחזק את היחסים הכלכליים בין המדינות. כחלק מההסכמים הלוותה דנמרק לסודאן 15 מיליון קרונה דנית בשנת 1971,[4] 25 מיליון קרונה דנית בשנת 1974,[5] ו-40 מיליון קרונה דנית בשנת 1978.[6] בשנים 2004 – 2009 העניקה דנמרק 500 מיליון קרונה דנית כסיוע לסודאן.[7]
דנמרק שלחה סיוע הומניטרי לדארפור, במהלך רצח העם בדארפור,[8] ושלחה 40 – 45 חיילים לדרפור כשומרי שלום.[9] במהלך ועידת האקלים של האו"ם לשנת 2009, כאשר נודע לאמנסטי אינטרנשיונל כי דנמרק הזמינה את נשיא סודאן, עומר אל-באשיר, הם דרשו שממשלת דנמרק תעצור אותו.[10] בדצמבר 2011 תרמה דנמרק לסודאן 40 מיליון קרונה דנית.[11]
יחסים בעת המודרנית
כיום, היחסים בין דנמרק לסודאן מנותקים. בפברואר 2008 החרימה ממשלת סודאן את הסחורה הדנית לאחר שהודפסו מחדש סדרות עיתונים בדנמרק ובמדינות אירופה אחרות במהלך פרשת קריקטורות מוחמד השנויה במחלוקת.[12] עומר אל-באשיר הצהיר כי "דנים לא יוכלו שוב לדרוך בסודאן." בעקבות אירוע זה, דנמרק ניתקה את היחסים עם סודאן. בגלל המתיחות, שתי המדינות סגרו את שגרירויותיהן.[13] סודאן גם הציגה מגבלות נסיעות נגד אזרחי דנמרק.[14]
הסכמים
במאי 1959 חתמו דנמרק וסודאן על הסכם שירות אווירי.[15] בשנת 1976 נחתם הסכם כלכלי, תעשייתי, מדעי וטכני בין דנמרק לסודאן.[16] ב-31 ביולי 1983 חתמו דנמרק וסודאן על "הסכם לשיתוף פעולה בנושא סיוע כוח אדם והדרכה". הסכם שיחזק את שיתוף הפעולה ביניהם.[17] ב-28 באוגוסט 1992 חתמו שתי המדינות על "הסכם למימון עבור שיקום חצרות מים בסודאן".[18]
