יחסי דנמרק-קפריסין הם היחסים הדיפלומטיים שבין ממלכת דנמרק לבין רפובליקת קפריסין. קפריסין מיוצגת בדנמרק באמצעות שגרירות שהיא מחזיקה בעיר הבירה קופנהגן.[1] דנמרק מיוצגת בקפריסין באמצעות שגרירות שהיא מחזיקה בניקוסיה עיר הבירה.[2] היחסים בין שתי המדינות כוננו ב-2 בנובמבר 1960.[3] שתי המדינות הן ריבוניות וחברות האיחוד האירופי.[4]
ב-1990, דנמרק שלחה 342 חיילים תחת דגל האו"ם לקפריסין במסגרת "הכוח לשמירת השלום של האו"ם בקפריסין". החיילים שדנמרק שלחה היו משויכים לגדודי רגלים שונים.[5] בשנת 2004, דנמרק פתחה את שגרירותה בקפריסין.[6]
מנהיגי קפריסין, דנמרק ופולין הם אילו שהנהיגו את הרפורמות בעת המשבר הכלכלי העולמי וסידרו את התקציב כדי שיסתיים.[7][8]
ב-27 באפריל 1963 נחתם בין שתי המדינות הסכם בנושא תחבורה אווירית.[9] בחודש מאי 1981 חתמו שתי המדינות על אמנה למניעת כפל מס.[10]
הנשיא הקפריסאי גלפקוס קלירידיס ביקר בדנמרק ביוני 2002, כדי לשכנע את מנהיגי דנמרק להמשיך ולהישאר בדעתם בנוגע להצטרפות קפריסין לאיחוד האירופי, וכדי שהיחסים בין דנמרק לקפריסין לא יעורערו.[11] באוגוסט 2006, ראש הממשלה הדני אנדרס פוג ראסמוסן ביקר בקפריסין ובאזור החיץ בינה לבין הרפובליקה הטורקית של צפון קפריסין.[12]
