יחסי דנמרק-ונצואלה הם היחסים הבילטרליים הרשמיים, הפוליטיים, השיתופיים והמדיניים שבין ממלכת דנמרק לבין הרפובליקה הבוליברית של ונצואלה. דנמרק מיוצגת בוונצואלה, באמצעות שגרירותה בברזיליה, ברזיל.[1] ונצואלה מחזיקה בשגרירות בקופנהגן.[2] לדנמרק אף יש קונסוליה כללית בקראקס.[3] ב-1878, תוארו היחסים בין דנמרק וונצואלה תוארו כ"ידידותיים".[4]
היסטוריה
ב-26 במרץ 1838, דנמרק וונצואלה חתמו על הסכם ידידות, מסחר וניווט.[5] ב-18 ביולי 1858, המדינות חתמו על הסכם מיוחד לגבי המכס.[6] בשנת 1863 נחתם חוזה ידידות, מסחר וניווט בקראקס בין דנמרק לוונצואלה.[7] האמנה תוארה כאחת מבין הליברליות ביותר של ונצואלה.[8]
ב-1902, פורסמו הצהרות שגויות בעיתונות, שלפיהן דנמרק תבעה את ונצואלה מאז 1837.[9][10] במהלך משבר ונצואלה 1902-1903, שגריר ארצות הברית לוונצואלה הרברט וו בואן ההגנה על ונצואלה לבעלות בריתה של ונצואלה, בהן דנמרק.[11]
במהלך התקופה בין 1938 ל-1948, עשרות משפחות דניות היגרו לוונצואלה.[12][13] ב-5 ביוני 1938, הפליגו 187 דנים לוונצואלה.[14]
יחסים מסחריים
בשנים 1831-1832, סך הסחר בין דנמרק וונצואלה הסתכם ב-7,876,000 פרנקים. בשנים 1841-1842, הסחר הגיע למקסימום של 1.7 מיליון פרנק. המסחר נערך בדרך כלל דרך המושבה הדנית של סנט תומאס.[15]
ב-2007, הייצוא הדני לוונצואלה הסתכם בכ-347-מיליון DKK, ואילו היבוא מוונצואלה הסתכמם בכ-163 מיליון DKK. מינואר ועד ספטמבר 2008, הייצוא הדני לוונצואלה הסתכם ב-304 מיליון DKK בזמן שהייבוא מוונצואלה הסתכם בכ-196 מיליון DKK.[16]
ביקורים מדרג גבוה
בדצמבר 2009 ביקר נשיא ונצואלה הוגו צ'אווס בדנמרק, עבור ועידת האו"ם לשינוי האקלים 2009.[17][18]

The new treaty with Denmark, which has just been ratified by the Government of Gen. PAEZ, is a most liberal one for Venezuela. Under it the flag of a neutral Power is to cover not only the vessel, but even enemy's goods, except contraband of war, and the arbitration of a friendly Power is in all cases to be invoked before proceeding to hostilities. Thus are the principles of American diplomacy becoming inwrought upon European policy.
