מירון גרוס (2 בינואר 1948 – 20 במאי 2017) היה חוקר ומרצה בכיר ישראלי בתחומי קבלת החלטות ומשפטים. בעל תואר ד"ר לפיזיקה, ד"ר למנהל עסקים ותואר במשפטים. שלושת התארים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. גרוס היה גם יזם ואיש עסקים.

ביוגרפיה

מירון גרוס נולד ב-2 בינואר 1948 בתל אביב, כבנם השלישי של יצחק (קבלן ויזם) ושושנה (לבית יפה) גרוס.

גרוס סיים את לימודיו בבית הספר היסודי "הקליר", ובתיכון עירוני ד' בתל אביב. בתום לימודיו התגייס לעתודה האקדמית. בשירותו הצבאי היה קצין לימודים בפנימייה הצבאית בגלילות, ולאחר מכן קצין ביחידת מפא"ת (המינהל למחקר פיתוח אמל"ח ותשתית טכנולוגית). השתחרר ב-1972, בדרגת רב-סרן.

היה איש אשכולות – הרבה לרכוש השכלה בתחומים שונים, היה איש ספר ושפות, היה בוגר בית הספר לשירת מקהלה, שר במקהלות כפר שמריהו וגבעתיים, היה חבר בוועד המנהל של הזמריה.

בגיל 55 חלה במחלת ריאות סופנית פיברוזיס ריאתי אידיופתי ‏(IPF), והתמודד עם השלכותיה הקשות, תוך שהוא ממשיך בתפקוד מלא בהוראה, במשפחה וביזמות.

בשנת 2008, בגיל 60, לאחר שהרצה בכנס מדעי בברצלונה, החמירה מחלתו, ובשובו לישראל נאלץ לעבור השתלת ריאה במרכז הרפואי רבין. בזכות השתלת הריאה המשיך בחיים מלאים במשך 9 שנים נוספות.

גרוס הרבה להרצות בפני קהלים שונים על החשיבות של תרומת איברים, וכן כתב מאמרים אקדמיים על האופן שבו בנה עץ החלטות כדי לשקול באופן מושכל ורציונלי את ההחלטה אם להסכים או לא להסכים להשתלת הריאה. חלק מן המאמרים בנושא זה כתב יחד עם רופא הריאות שטיפל בו, פרופ' מרדכי קרמר, ראש מערך הריאות במרכז רפואי רבין.

גרוס נפטר בתל אביב ב-20 במאי 2017 ונקבר בבית העלמין קריית שאול.

מדי שנה מוענקת בפקולטה לניהול באוניברסיטת תל אביב מלגת לימודים על שמו ועל שם הוריו המנוחים.

חיים אישיים ומשפחה

מירון גרוס היה נשוי, עד לפטירתו, לאשת גלי צה"ל, הסופרת והפסיכולוגית ציפי גון-גרוס, ולהם ארבעה ילדים.

גרוס עסק גם בייעוץ וביזמות בתחום הנדל"ן.

פעילות אקדמית

גרוס היה בעל תואר ראשון, שני ושלישי בפיזיקה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. בעל תואר שני ושלישי במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. בעל תואר במשפטים מאוניברסיטת תל אביב, וכן סיים התמחות במשפטים והוסמך כעורך דין.

הוא לימד בפקולטה לניהול בבית הספר למוסמכים במנהל עסקים ע"ש ליאון רקנאטי באוניברסיטת תל אביב, בבית הספר רדזינר למשפטים במרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה ובבית הספר לניהול וכלכלה במכללה האקדמית של תל אביב-יפו.

במחקריו ניתח את החלטות בית המשפט העליון, את דרך קביעת הרכב השופטים לדיון, את אופייה של מדינת ישראל בהסתמך על מסמכי היסוד של המדינה ואת החלטות המפתח האורבני.

הציג את מחקריו בכנסים בינלאומיים, ורבים מהם פורסמו בכתבי עת נחשבים.

עמד בראש ארגון הסגל הזוטר באוניברסיטת תל אביב.

בין השנים 2009–2013, כיהן גרוס כנשיא בית הדין לערעורים, במכללה האקדמית תל אביב.
